Establish the position
An agreed evidence list, reconciled scope and cost position, and clear distinctions between verified facts, assumptions and missing information.
Owner-side decision review
One asset. One immediate decision. BAM brings the scope, cost position, delivery dependencies and outstanding questions into a concise owner briefing.
The initial fit conversation is free. Document analysis and professional recommendations form part of an agreed paid appointment. Scope, fee and delivery date are confirmed before work begins.
A defined piece of work
An agreed evidence list, reconciled scope and cost position, and clear distinctions between verified facts, assumptions and missing information.
A concise decision note with material gaps, dependencies and recommended next actions, each with an owner and proposed date.
A 45-minute owner briefing and one clarification round within the agreed scope. Additional evidence or new decisions are scoped separately.
Indicative pilot fee: £1,500 excluding VAT where applicable. For one asset and one agreed decision. We confirm suitability, document volume, exclusions, fee and available delivery slot before appointment. Complex or incomplete evidence sets may require a different quote.
The review supports the client's decision. It does not certify safety, guarantee savings, authorise expenditure or replace separately appointed design, legal, survey or statutory services.
What the output looks like
Decision: Is the package sufficiently defined to seek approval for the next phase?
| Evidence | Reviewed position | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Illustrative contractor quote, revision 2, 22 October 2026 | Room scope described; access and working-hour assumptions not agreed. | Project lead: confirm access constraints. Proposed review: 27 October 2026, before price acceptance. |
| Illustrative cost schedule, revision 1, 21 October 2026 | Two allowances lack a scope basis. A reliable final commitment cannot yet be stated. | Cost lead: reconcile allowances and record exclusions. Proposed review: 28 October 2026. |
| Illustrative draft programme, 23 October 2026 | Completion depends on room release and material lead times. Dates remain proposed. | Contractor lead, with operator: validate the sequence. Proposed review: 29 October 2026; then agree the milestone. |
Recommendation in this example: resolve the named gaps before approval. The client retains the decision and its delegated approval process.
Follow-through: assign each action, agree its review date, record new evidence and update the next owner brief. A status changes only when its basis is recorded.

Scoped quote
We inspect the evidence and migration effort before pricing setup. Completed review work is reused where suitable, without charging twice for the same output.
Wider project or portfolio leadership requires a separate appointment.
Prices exclude VAT where applicable. New service scopes are confirmed in a written appointment; existing client terms are not changed by this page.
Paid-plan checkout is not yet available. Request a walkthrough; we will confirm availability and commercial terms before activation. A separately appointed professional review uses an agreed quotation and invoicing process.
