Software for your team’s projects, information and actions. Professional advice, migration and ongoing data maintenance are separately scoped. User, storage and AI allowances are confirmed before paid activation.

Assisted onboarding

Define the portfolio, organise source information, agree project owners and establish the first reporting position. Setup is scoped to the quality and volume of your records.

Add BAM’s delivery experience

BAM OS Managed - from £1,000 / month

Indicative starting scope includes software and one actively serviced project: two 45-minute meetings, one monthly decision brief and six total service hours, including preparation and follow-up. Setup and extra professional servicing are quoted separately. Existing appointments retain their agreed terms.

Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Paid-plan checkout is not yet available. Request a walkthrough; we confirm scope, capacity, availability and commercial terms before paid activation. Software project access is separate from the number of professionally serviced projects.

What happens when I sign up?

You’ll go to the secure BAM OS portal to verify your email. New clients then enter their name and company details to create a workspace and start adding projects.

Do I need my project documents ready?

You can create your account with your basic details. Add project information and organise your documents when you’re ready.

I already use BAM OS. Do I need another account?

No. Choose Client sign-in and use your existing email address to return to your workspace.

I’ve been invited to a project. Where do I start?

Open the personal invitation link provided by your project team and sign in with the email address that received it. That link connects you to the correct workspace and access.

Can BAM help set everything up?

Yes. Request a demonstration to discuss assisted onboarding or managed project controls. The scope and fees for these services are agreed separately.
