Website information
Website terms
General information only. A formal appointment and agreed scope are required before BAM assumes any duty to act.
No appointment through the website
An enquiry, booking or document submission does not create a professional appointment, emergency-response obligation, contractor instruction or duty of care.
Diagnostic reviews and Owner Control Notes
Website scores, exposure bands, suggested actions and Owner Control Notes are preliminary triage information generated from the answers supplied. They are not due diligence, a valuation, a cost plan, a programme assurance opinion, legal advice or a substitute for project-specific professional services.
Information and files submitted
You are responsible for ensuring that information is accurate enough for the intended preliminary review and that you are authorised to share it. BAM may decline, delete or request clarification of incomplete, unlawful, irrelevant or unsafe submissions.
Introductions
A referral code records the source of an introduction only. It does not create exclusivity, agency, a fee entitlement, a joint venture, endorsement or authority for an introducer to bind BAM unless separately agreed in writing.
Regulated and statutory roles
BAM does not replace statutory, regulated or specialist professionals where their appointment, design responsibility, certification or approval is required.
Evidence and representations
Case information is presented as selected project experience. Facts, figures and outcomes are contextual and should not be relied upon for a new project unless confirmed within a formal proposal or appointment.
Project imagery
Where operator or architect imagery is used to identify a named asset, the source is stated alongside the image. No endorsement or additional affiliation is implied.
