This website collects only the information needed to assess project enquiries, provide requested review outputs and administer introductions or appointments.

Information submitted

Information sent by email or through the booking service is used to assess and respond to the enquiry, administer any resulting appointment and maintain appropriate business records.

Project Exposure Scan

The Project Exposure Scan processes answers locally in your browser to produce an indicative result. If you add contact details, confirm consent and choose to book, email or copy the generated action brief, BAM stores the project snapshot, contact details, selected handoff and referral or campaign source so the enquiry can be responded to and attributed. The scan is general triage information and is not professional advice.

Partner reviews and Owner Control Notes

When you submit a Funding-Ready, Consent-to-Construction or Hotel Acquisition Capex review, BAM stores the answers, contact and project details, referral and campaign source, indicative result and any optional supporting file. This information is used to produce the requested note, assess the enquiry, preserve an introducer reference and respond about a possible project review or appointment.

Supporting files are held in private object storage and are not published on the website. Please submit only information you are authorised to share and avoid unnecessary personal, special-category or privileged information.

Partner route requests

Information submitted through the partner network form is used to assess the proposed referral route, respond to the request and maintain an appropriate business record.

Booking service

The booking page embeds Calendly. Calendly may process the information you enter and technical data needed to provide its scheduling service under its own privacy terms.

Website data

This site does not load a dedicated BAM advertising tracker. Referral codes and standard campaign parameters may be recorded with an enquiry so BAM can understand which route produced it. Hosting, security and embedded-service providers may process technical request data required to deliver and protect the service.

Retention and rights

Records are retained only for legitimate business, contractual, insurance, regulatory or legal purposes. Requests concerning personal data can be sent to info@bamdevelopment.co.uk.
